The first and second group focus on a particular\u003cspan\u003e type \u003c\/span\u003eand include quantities of basic energy cards that support it. There are 18 varieties of the first group, each of which contains 18 cards including one\u003cspan\u003e V Pokemon\u003c\/span\u003e; the second group has 7 possible varieties each containing 16 cards. The cards within each group variant are always the same. The third group contains a random selection of 26 cards sourced from a pool of\u003cspan\u003e item and supporter cards.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe deck includes a number of cards that cannot be found in the main Sword \u0026amp; Shield expansion. Those found in both products can be differentiated by their collection number and set symbol. Cards from the deck also lack rarity symbols and any Holofoil patterns, including Pokémon V.
