Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

We process orders Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Please allow 24 hours within this timeframe for us to pick and pack you order. 

SAME-DAY DISPATCH CUT-OFF

Our cut-off for same-day dispatch is 15:00. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

UK SHIPPING SERVICES:

For United Kingdom, and send all deliveries on Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. Please note if you have a remote post-code, there is additional lead time for deliveries on those services.

UK DELIVERY THRESHOLDS:

We offer free delivery on all orders that exceed £50. If your order is under that amount, there is a £4.99 flat delivery charge. 

EUROPEAN SHIPPING SERVICES:

There is a flat rate of £25 for delivery to our currently European area shipping. We ship to France Germany The Netherlands Austria Belgium Sweden Norway Finland Denmark Luxembourg Italy Greece Spain Portugal Poland. The BUYER is responsible for any import taxes or duties for any shipments. Maximum order weight of 2kg for this flat fee, orders over this amount will incur additional shipping charges.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Please be aware that international orders, including those shipped to Europe, may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ShuppetMaster TCG has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.

PRE-ORDERS:

Sometimes we open upcoming products for pre-order if its going to be an item or set in high demand. We never open pre-orders for products until we have confirmed transit times and tracking for goods coming to our location. This is so we can provide accurate estimates of when you are likely to receive your delivery. Sometimes there may be delays beyond our control, but if there is we will communicate with you to let you know.
