Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

We process orders Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Please allow 24 hours within this timeframe for us to pick and pack you order. 

SAME-DAY DISPATCH CUT-OFF

Our cut-off for same-day dispatch is 15:00. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

SHIPPING SERVICES:

Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom, and send all deliveries on Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. Please note if you have a remote post-code, there is additional lead time for deliveries on those services.

DELIVERY THRESHOLDS:

We offer free delivery on all orders that exceed 40 pounds. If your order is under that amount, there is a 4.99 flat delivery charge. 

PRE-ORDERS:

Sometimes we open upcoming products for pre-order if its going to be an item or set in high demand. We never open pre-orders for products until we have confirmed transit times and tracking for goods coming to our location. This is so we can provide accurate estimates of when you are likely to receive your delivery. Sometimes there may be delays beyond our control, but if there is we will communicate with you to let you know.
