This item was exclusively released in the city of Hangzhou as part of an event that run during September 2026 called the Hangzhou Hubin Stamp Rally featuring Piplup & Pikachu as the main merch characters! We have a large selection of merch from this event now available. 

This was a set you could make at the event which comes with a base, clear tiles you put in first then a sticker to go over the top and a cover. These are blind we cant tell which character it will be but its one of three possible designs. These would be super fun to make with kids!
